DESCRIPTION

 

We are seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer – Azure/AWS responsible for handling the both AWS & Azure environments. This position requires a combination of scripting skills (namely Shell, PowerShell & YAML) and aesthetics (understanding the project requirement and creating & implementing architecture). The candidate should have a strong understanding of industry trends.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

​

       AZURE:

• Should have knowledge in configuring and implementing Azure devops.

• Hands on experience in creating the Azure resources using Terraform/ARM templates.

• Should have experience in writing YAML scripting for configuring Devops CI/CD pipelines.

• Should have knowledge in Configuring the CI/CD pipelines from bitbucket to deploy in Azure.

• Should have knowledge in Creating & Configuring VM, Storage account, App Registration, CDN, Synapse, SQL Servers, Automation Scripts etc..

• Should have knowledge in synapse pipeline configuration.

• Should have hands on experience in writing PowerShell scripting/shell scripting to deploy the resource using pipelines.

• Should have hands on experience in handling Azure repo.
  
  AWS:

• Should have hands on experience in deploying the beanstalk environments for backend & PHP applications.

• Should have experience in creating, hosting applications in s3 bucket with CloudFront integration.

• Should have hands on experience in creating and configuring the AWS resources like EC2, S3, CloudFront, Lambda, API gateway, Load Balancers, Beanstalk environments, RDS, Route 53, AWS SES, SNS, Code pipeline, Code commit etc…

• Should have knowledge in configurating CI/CD pipelines from GitHub & Code commit to automate the deployments.

• Should have knowledge in handling the security related issues.

 

REQUIREMENTS

• Should have wide-ranging experience with AWS/Azure.

• Should be great with Terraform/ARM Template for infrastructure Creation.

• Should have strong understanding of Docker.

• Should have strong PowerShell/Shell Scripting skills in automating manual jobs.

• Design, create, own, and maintain systems and service deployments in multi-cloud and container architecture (AWS, AZURE)

• Continuously improve CI/CD & infrastructure for better reliability, observability, performance & scalability.

• Contributing to important architectural and operational decisions like micro-services, deployment techniques, technologies, policies, etc. Work closely with engineering leaders and architects.

• Mentor team members and review their work.
