
Technical Business Analyst
Location - Auckland, New Zealand

Description -
We are looking for outstanding Technical Business Analysts who are looking to join a young and fast-growing consultancy firm located in Auckland.
As a Technical Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and defining business requirements, translating business requirements to functional, user, and system requirements, and developing supporting materials such as use cases, flowcharts, context diagrams, interface system diagrams, and data flows. You will apply Agile best practices to collaborate and participate in creating user stories for test cases to ensure the delivery of solutions
RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyse, document and communicate business requirements.

Develop and Maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).

Work with UI/UX team and development teams to ensure that workflow and user story activities are completed and mapped to appropriate workflows.

Execute the analysis of current and future state business processes.

Communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.

Develop complex business strategy, implementation, and process diagrams.

Develop briefing material for senior leadership.

Coordinate and gather data to support weekly reporting.

Develop presentations, meeting notes, and other meeting support documents.

Facilitate business workshops.

Support user development activities (UI development, detailing user stories, identifying impacted systems and interfaces, documenting policies and procedures).

Provide exceptional customer support to the business.
REQUIREMENTS

4+ years of experience in requirements capture, management, and analysis activities in all phases of the software development life cycle.

3+ years of experience in software application development projects, particularly Agile projects.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical topics to management and non-technical audiences.

Outstanding analytical skills, including the ability to integrate information from multiple sources.

Ability to work independently and regularly interact with government and non-government stakeholders at multiple levels of authority.

Experience creating standard operating procedures (SOP) as well as to create technical documentation inclusive of flow charts and architectural schematics.

Familiar with User Interface/User Experience tools and concepts.

Familiar with MS Office applications.

Experience with Atlassian tools would be a plus.

Experience with Agile frameworks would be a plus.
