We are looking for an experienced Head of Shared Services to drive and steer the build and development of our internal Shared Services for North American Region. You will be the one to devise the company’s ensure that all systems, processes necessary to support SSF (Shared Services Finance) operations and objectives are in place. You will be leading the SSF department for NA (North America) based in Gurgaon India, reporting to the Regional Head of Finance, North America. You as our Head of SSF must have a solid Shared Services background and consistently keep up-to-date with advancements of the field. Apart from your education and experience, you must have every quality of a leader and a strong strategic and business acumen. The goal is to ensure that SSF adds value to the company to facilitate the success of our business.

Responsibilities
  • Set objectives for the department
  • Design and customize processes to improve customer experience
  • Plan the implementation of new systems (where required) and processes to provide guidance and support to staff within the organization
  • Analyze the costs, value and risks to advise management and suggest actions
  • Proven experience as Head of SSF or similar managerial role
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP
  • Solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting/forecasting and business operations
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • A strong strategic and business mindset
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ideally you will be a CA with 2+ years of experience in a similar role
