Key accountabilities:

• Manage the definition of functional requirements for General Ledger, Accounts reconciliation & Reporting, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets and Accounts Payable as a subject matter expert to understand system requirements and ensure successful solution delivery.
• Gather system, data requirements through a variety of techniques (workshops, interviews, etc) and translating these into functional solutions (configurations).

Person specification:

Formal Education & Certification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Commerce, Information Systems, Information Management, Computer Science or any other related subjects.

The role is a key one in developing and growing our Data Management practice and the individual is expected to work in all aspects of the sales cycle – from pre-sales to delivery and support. Opportunities will potential come from all parts of the globe. The individual will report to the Enterprise Data Solutions Service Line Leader.

The individual should bring fresh ideas and energy to the Data Solutions team in the vast subject area of Data Management. They will be expected to help develop new service offerings in the Data Governance, Data Migration, Master Data Management, Data Quality, Data Security, Data Insights etc. And to be able to persuasively pitch these offerings to prospective clients, through a variety of media.

Where required the individual will work in a delivery role, working directly with clients to implement their data management needs. Hence practical experience in delivery situations is essential.

A solid background in Retail would be preferable.

Preferred Job Experience

• Lead discovery sessions with clients to understand their supply chain requirements, challenges, and objectives.
• Design and configure end-to-end supply chain solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Customize and extend standard functionality through configuration, data migration, and integration with third-party systems.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and project team members.
• Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to support knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other consultants to ensure successful project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Continuously stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and updates related to supply chain management and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Preferred Education

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, specifically within the supply chain module.
• Deep understanding of supply chain processes including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, distribution, and logistics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate are preferred.
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is a plus.

Accountabilities

• Spearhead the design, development, and upkeep of robust software applications using Python and Django frameworks.
• Conduct comprehensive code reviews, furnish constructive feedback, and ensure compliance with coding standards and optimal practices.
• Fine-tune application performance and scalability through adept database architecture, caching strategies, and code refinements.
• Diagnose and rectify issues, conduct root cause analyses, and implement timely and efficacious resolutions.

We are seeking a WordPress Developer responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including creating WordPress themes and plugins. This position requires a combination of programming skills (namely PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript) and aesthetics (understanding element arrangements on the screen, the color and font choices, and so on).
