Duco Consultancy is looking for a delivery lead for Custom Application Development in Hyderabad or Gurgaon for immediate joining.

Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of custom application development projects, including mobile and web applications, ensuring they adhere to our quality standards, timelines, and budget.

Act as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA, and other stakeholders to identify project requirements, establish priorities, and allocate resources effectively.
Implement and refine project management processes, methodologies, and best practices to ensure efficient and effective project delivery
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and proactively develop and implement solutions to address them.
Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and methodologie

Preferred Education:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Delivery Lead, Project Manager, or similar role in software or custom application development projects.
Strong technical background with an understanding of mobile and web application development technologies and trends.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking, time management, and meticulous attention to detail.
Experience with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, JIRA).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex project challenges.
Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and expectations, with a track record of delivering exceptional service.
