Preferred Job Experience

10 years + experience in MS Dynamics AXERP projects
Knowledgeable about the business processes and systems around ERP such as Finance Supply chain, Logistics, Inventory and Warehouse management, Manufacturing, and/ or Retail is essential.
Deep technical background with relevant experience of using Microsoft Dynamics and associated reporting tools, and understanding of how Microsoft Dynamics AX is used in the business operations.
Microsoft Dynamics AX/365 Certification
Operational Support-required to support Senior Managers in deploying Microsoft Dynamics solutions
Experience working for large MNC or Big 4 consulting practice
Good communication, positive attitude and team player
Ability to lead a team of graduate functional consultants
Excellent written and technical writing skills.
Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills.
Highly self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

Drives Collaboration & Inclusion: Gather data requirements through a variety of techniques (workshops, interviews, etc) and translating these into functional solutions (configurations).
Undertake business analysis workshops and create functional requirements document, functional design documents and contribute to sprint plans.
Application set-up and execution of functional (order to cash, procure to pay, warehousing, finance, etc.) project work streams in D365
Design integrate solution with other satellite applications
Develop and validate technical data entities
Migration of data from legacy application
Establish test plans and develop customer-specific customizations
Work in agile/waterfall projects from time to time
Data migration
Functional and integration testing in an automation test environment
Other technical and functional responsibilities as may be required from time
Preferred Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer applications, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Information Management, Computer Science or any other related subjects. Microsoft Dynamics certifications are desirable.
Customer facing role with communication skills? Preferred.
Fixed term/Permanent resource or short term contractor? Permanent.
Strong DevOps & AGILE methodologies knowledge? Preferred.
Experience in 24x7 production environments? Preferred.
Willingness to learn new methods? Yes.
